Delivery & Returns Policy

We are starting to get busy for Christmas and due to this and the current COVID situation, we may experience delays from our suppliers and/or from our delivery providers.  Whilst these issues are beyond our control, we continue to work hard to get all orders out on time and will keep you informed of any delays where possible. Thank you for your support.

Delivery:

United Kingdom 5-7 working day delivery* (This is for mainland UK only and excludes the highlands, islands and N.Ireland)

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our products and these will normally be shipped within 3 working days of the order being placed and often much sooner.

The exception to this are larger items which may be sent by courier, eg Christmas Eve Box’s, .

Our website is linked to Royal Mail and therefore, shipping costs are calculated at checkout using the recipient’s address and item’s weight/dimensions. If you require a faster delivery service, then this can be purchased during checkout.

European and International Delivery options are:

Europe:  7-10 working day delivery*

All our items will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, the price of shipping will be calculated at checkout from the combined weight of the order.

US Only 10-15 working day delivery*

All our items will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, the price of shipping will be calculated at checkout from the combined weight of the order.

Worldwide (excluding Europe & US) 10-15 working day delivery*

All our items will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, the price of shipping will be calculated at checkout from the combined weight of the order.

*Please note delivery times are all approximates.  We will dispatch within our target but delivery does depend on the postal service. 

Returns:

Damage
All orders are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if the item arrives damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery to ensure we can take appropriate actions with the delivery company. You must provide us with photographic evidence of the damage and we may ask for the item to be returned. If this is the case, we will cover the cost of postage. We will of course offer a full refund or replacement.

We will not refund or replace any items with a fault as a result of misuse or mishandling.

Change of Mind
If you are not 100% happy with your order and the item is unused and in perfect condition, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods and we’ll happily exchange or refund.

Customers are responsible for return/exchange postage costs and a refund will be processed once we have received the items back and verified they are unused.


Exceptions
If your returned item is not in the perfect condition it was sent to you in, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

We cannot be held responsible if the buyer is at fault (ie has asked for the wrong personalisation or has spelt the personalisation wrong) and we cannot offer you a refund or accept returns.

Please note, the additional cost of any special delivery services will not be refunded unless the item(s) did not arrive in the specified time.
